Terms and Conditions

The online store www.zoganfacelift.com (hereinafter the Online Store) is owned by HC ja Partnerid OÜ (registry code 1221024), located at Hallikivi tee 13, Tammneeme village, 74017 Viimsi parish, Harju county.

Validity of the sales agreement, product and price information

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services from the Online Store.

Prices for products and services are indicated next to each item. Delivery charges are added to the price. All prices are in euros (€).

The delivery charge depends on the buyer’s location and chosen delivery method. The delivery cost is shown to the buyer when placing an order.

Product and service descriptions are provided directly in the Online Store.

Placing an order and payment

Products and services can be added to the shopping cart, and the required information fields must be completed.

Payments can be made securely through the following methods:

  • Bank links in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania
  • Visa / Mastercard payments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

NOTE! When paying via bank link, the buyer must click the button “Return to merchant” after completing the payment.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Transactions take place outside the Online Store in a secure environment — bank payments in the respective bank’s secure environment, and card payments in Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment. The seller has no access to the customer’s banking or card details.

The Online Store is the data controller of personal data and forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the full amount paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of notification.

Ordering and using online trainings

Online training product
An online training purchased from the Online Store (hereinafter “Online Training”) is a digital content service: a training video, workbook, or other digital material delivered electronically. It does not include any physical product or postal delivery.

Access
After payment, access details (link, code, username/password, and instructions) are sent to the buyer via e-mail. If the access details are not received within a reasonable time, or access issues occur, the buyer must notify the Online Store at cadrin@zoganfacelift.com

Right of withdrawal and exceptions
Under Estonian law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please note:

  • If access to the Online Training has already been provided (e.g., login details sent) and the content has been consumed (videos watched, workbooks downloaded), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply..

  • If access has not yet been provided, the buyer may exercise the 14-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase.

Submitting a withdrawal request
To withdraw, a written request must be sent by e-mail to cadrin@zoganfacelift.com. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the request, provided that the training has not been accessed or started.

Complaints and technical issues
If the buyer encounters technical issues (e.g., access not working, videos not playing, files corrupted), they must inform the Online Store at cadrin@zoganfacelift.com. The issue will be resolved, or a replacement/refund offered if necessary. Complaints must be submitted within 2 months of the issue arising.

Copyright and use
All Online Training content is protected by copyright. The buyer may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or resell the content (videos, slides, etc.) without written permission from the Online Store. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited and may result in access being revoked.

Termination of access
The Online Store reserves the right to suspend access if the buyer violates these Terms or misuses the materials (e.g., shares access with third parties). In such cases, the buyer is not entitled to a refund.

Delivery of physical goods

Goods are delivered within Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Delivery methods:

  • Omniva
  • DPD

The delivery fee is borne by the buyer and is shown during checkout.

Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 3–7 business days after the contract enters into force. Deliveries outside Estonia may take up to 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal for physical goods

Physical products (14-day return right):

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.

The withdrawal right does not apply if:

  • the product has been opened or used for hygiene reasons (for example Lifting Elixir cosmetics).

The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless the reason is a defective or incorrect product.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but the seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.

To withdraw, the buyer must send a written notice by e-mail to cadrin@zoganfacelift.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints for physical goods

The Online Store is responsible for non-conformities of goods that appear within 2 years of delivery. For cosmetics, the complaint right applies only until the expiry date stated on the packaging.

Defects must be reported within 2 months by e-mail to cadrin@zoganfacelift.com.

Defective goods will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, the full purchase price will be refunded.

Responses to complaints will be provided within 15 days.

Processing of personal data

The Online Store uses personal data solely for processing orders and delivering goods.

Personal data is shared with Maksekeskus AS for payment processing and with delivery service providers for shipping.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the customer’s e-mail only if the customer has consented by subscribing.

The customer may unsubscribe at any time by notifying us by e-mail or following the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mails.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has complaints, they must be sent to cadrin@zoganfacelift.com.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Information and application forms are available here. The Committee handles disputes between consumers and traders. Review of complaints is free of charge.

The buyer may also use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
