About
From a hobby to a lifestyle!
I am Cadrin, a promoter of Zogan Facelift in Estonia and Europe.
I’m an open communicator and I love people! I always smile – that’s my signature, together with my red lipstick! I believe a smile always helps, even in the more difficult moments of life. In a way, I’m also a world-improver, with a mission to leave this world a better place!
I’ve been part of the beauty world for more than 25 years – something I could never have imagined when I was younger. Right after high school, in 1993, I moved to London, then to Cyprus, and later back to England, where I completed my studies at Coventry University in Criminal and International Law. By coincidence, I also ended up in Denmark, where I continued my studies in European Union Economic Policy at the Master’s level.
My professional career has taken me to the Ministry of Defence, where I worked on NATO accession preparations, and to the Ministry of Finance, managing EU structural funds. I’ve also worked in higher education as both a lecturer and project manager. Most recently, I served as Marketing Director at the Ida-Virumaa Vocational Education Centre, where I promoted the transition to Estonian-language education and contributed to the development of vocational education more broadly.
Alongside all this, I have been running, together with my sister, the women’s beauty community HC Naised for over 25 years. We’ve organized thousands of workshops on skincare, makeup, and healthy lifestyle. I’ve also authored a beauty book, "YOU – Radiant Beautiful Woman Always", all while juggling many other pursuits.
So I know very well how important it is for a woman to feel cared for with simple, quick, and effective methods – and that’s exactly why we created Zogan Elixir and use the Zogan Facelift face-sculpting technique, which can also be practiced on yourself. One minute a day and one product! There is power in simplicity and anyone can do it! It’s as easy as brushing your teeth!
In addition, there’s the opportunity to take self-care to the next level – with the Zogan Facelift treatment. It’s an all-in-one procedure: beyond the rejuvenating and sculpting effects on the face, it also relaxes the body and mind.
I am not afraid of aging, but I do want to slow it down – and to remain radiant even at 50+. Today, after practicing Zogan for nearly 10 years, I can honestly say: my skin and face are more radiant, less puffy, and in better shape than they were 10 years ago!
I had just passed the age of 40 when, wearing a sweater, I noticed that I had developed a “bulldog” – a double chin. And since invasive beauty procedures were not for me, I thought, well… that’s just how it will be.
And then… there are no coincidences in life! In the early spring of 2016, Heli Randoja, the promoter of the Japanese stretching and breathing technique Shindo in Estonia, introduced us to Sensei Michiyo Nisimura, who had come to Estonia to bring the ancient Japanese beauty technique, Zogan Facelift, to the European beauty market.
In the spring of 2016, together with my sister Helina Ehe, we organized the very first Zogan Facelift presentation.
Within the first few minutes of the presentation, we were “sold” – when Sensei spoke about the philosophy of Zogan Facelift, which is a smile! When a woman smiles at home, it carries over to her children, her husband, and from there – to society as a whole.
All my life I have believed in the power of a smile, which supports us even in difficult times.
Zogan Facelift is not just about smoothing wrinkles or rejuvenating the face – behind it lies a deeper philosophy of life and beauty!
After the presentation, my sister and I were captivated: a visible, immediate change in appearance and on top of that, an amazing feeling of well-being! Just as the sole of the foot reflects the whole body, so does the face mirror the entire body.
That’s how the idea was born to offer this life-changing technique as a professional course in Estonia. In the autumn of 2016, we organized the very first Zogan therapist training, which marked the beginning of a wonderful journey.
At first, I didn’t plan to become a therapist or trainer myself. I rather hoped that others would learn and I could simply enjoy the treatments.
Never believed that someone as lively as me could actually enjoy giving treatments to clients. But you never know until you try! It’s amazing how Zogan Facelift visibly smooths and sculpts the face – and as a bonus, both sides get a positive energy boost through the exchange.
Together with my sister Helina, we have traveled to Japan many times for advanced training. Beyond professional growth, these trips helped us better understand Japanese culture and traditions and how everything complicated can be made simple!
Posture, childlike laughter, kindness, restraint, minimalism, and helpfulness are exactly the keywords that make the Japanese lifestyle so special. Alongside face-sculpting techniques, we also share these Japanese values in our trainings!
Thank you for reading to the end and I hope this sparked your positive curiosity!
